AdeoPoint Methodology

At AdeoPoint we believe in taking a structured approach to delivering services to our clients, irrespective of how large or small the engagement is.  Defined process models contained within a managed framework help us to measure quality of delivery at all stages of every type of client engagement.

AdeoPoint Engagement Framework

At AdeoPoint we recognise that engaging with a partner can be a time consuming and frustrating process, with two (or more) organisations working to establish working practices and methods for effective partnership.

The AdeoPoint Engagement Framework clearly articulates and sets out the programme roadmap to provide our clients with a clear understanding of the project shape and how the engagement will unfold.

Designed with simplicity in mind, the framework is made up of 5 distinct phases that enables AdeoPoint and our clients to move from first contact to project commencement both seamlessly and at a pace that meets the client's needs.

AdeoPoint Adoption Framework

AdeoPoint utilises a modified version of an industry standard approach for managing customer engagements no matter how big or small.

The AdeoPoint Adoption Framework (AAF) incorporates the industry standard process model from the Microsoft Solutions Framework (see here for further information) to define milestones and transitions within each phase of an engagement, coupled with step-in process, workshops and deliverables developed by AdeoPoint and utilised as defined by the nature of each customer engagement.

The AdeoPoint Adoption Framework provides a clearly structured approach to project delivery whilst retaining a high level of flexibility to interface with or incorporate overarching project management methodology such as PRINCE2, CMM or TCM if the client so wishes.

Microsoft Solutions Framework

The Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) provides a framework within which projects can be effectively phased to ensure that individual work streams are managed and delivered efficiently.  A major benefit of MSF is in its flexibility to incorporate almost any development or project management methodology within the phases of the framework to meet either project or client requirements.  This flexibility is the primary reason MSF was chosen by AdeoPoint as the process model with which to manage client engagements enabling a structured approach to be applied to any project, large or small.

More information about MSF can be found at the MSF portal on the Microsoft web site here.
